Founded in 1994 Zgoda N&C was subsidiary of ZUT Zgoda Świętochłowice company.

From its beginnings our company has made spare parts for ship engine types: ZA-40, ZV-40, „Zgoda – Sulzer” diesel engine and other machine parts according to customer's engineering documentation.

In May 2005 our company was granted an ISO 9001 certificate.

Punctuality of supplies and prompt completion of work placed us in a position of great trust of our customers.

From many years our company exports machine parts to Germany, India, Canada, Norway, France and United States.
